I have really enjoyed having a new house! The draw back is not having landscaping. I didn't realize how expensive landscaping is! We are doing it all in stages. This summer we are putting in a patio and part of our fence (enough to separate our yard from our neighbors). Here is the progress on the patio. I'm so excited for the concrete to get poured. Hopefully it will be just a couple of weeks. We are doing stamped, stained concrete for the patio so it will look like paver's.
It's going to be a huge patio too, 700 square feet! We are planning to have a nice big bbq-ing space, patio furniture space and someday a hot tub!!
